Terms of service

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. Any legal action because of it shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavik. The terms and conditions apply to Morra’s sales of products and services to customers. The terms are agreed upon by the customer at the confirmation of an order.

Morra is notified of the order as soon as the payment has been confirmed. The customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided. If the product is not in stock Morra will contact the customer to arrange for a refund or to discuss other options.


Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 24% VAT is included in the price of the product.


All orders are processed the following working day except made-to-order items, which currently have a lead time of up to two weeks.

We offer free delivery with Dropp to any of Dropp’s delivery stations.
Delivery time within the Reykjavik capital area is 1-2 days and 2-3 days outside the capital area.

International orders are shipped the next day via Iceland Post. The shipping fee is ISK 3000. However, we offer free shipping for orders over ISK 20.000.

Orders are processed the following working day. Orders within the Reykjavik Capital Area are normally delivered with in 1-2 days from, while a domestic delivery via Iceland Post may take up to 3 days. 

International orders
Shipping time varies between countries:

Scandinavia 3-4 business days
United Kingdom 3-5 business days
Europe 3-6 business days
USA & Canada 6-12 business days
Other countries 12 business days

Morra accepts payments by credit card or bank transfer. The two options appear at the order confirmation page. If a payment hasn’t been received within two days the transaction is deemed void. Card payments are processed through a secure payment platform provided by Teya ( https://www.saltpay.is/teya/ ).


Products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.  The product must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us via morra@morra.is or call +354 690 7847 to arrange for a return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning a product, unless the item is faulty. We do not supply pre-paid return labels.

All provisions of the above terms must be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. In the event of a dispute between the parties, such a dispute will only be resolved in Icelandic courts
