Terms of service
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. Any legal action because of it shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavik. The terms and conditions apply to Morra’s sales of products and services to customers. The terms are agreed upon by the customer at the confirmation of an order.

Morra is notified of the order as soon as the payment has been confirmed. The customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided. If the product is not in stock Morra will contact the customer to arrange for a refund or to discuss other options.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Orders within the Reykjavik Capital Area can be delivered by ourselves. Other domestic orders are delivered via Iceland Post. Orders can also be picked up from Súðarvogur 52 in Reykjavik at no cost. Delivery costs are added to the order before payment. Domestic deliveries are 1.000 kr., international deliveries are 3.000 kr. We offer free deliveries for orders of 20.000 kr or more.

Orders within the Reykjavik Capital Area are normally delivered with in 1-2 days from, while a domestic delivery via Iceland Post may take up to 3 days.

United Kingdom 3-5 business days
Europe 3-6 business days
USA & Canada 6-12 business days
Other countries 12 business days

Morra accepts payments by credit card or bank transfer. The two options appear at the order confirmation page. If a payment hasn’t been received within two days the transaction is deemed void. Card payments are processed through a secure payment platform provided by Valitor (valitor.com). The platform has a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification.
Products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The product must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us via email@example.com or call +354 690 7847 to arrange for a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning a product, unless the item is faulty. We do not supply pre-paid return labels.
